Parents and prospective members should be aware that the Committee of Exeter Hockey Club recently voted to allow a player convicted of Section 20 Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) to return to the club following community service
We have asked for formal reasoning in writing behind their decision but have yet to receive anything
We believe amateur sport should be safe for everyone. A conviction for serious violence should mean a forfeiture of the privilege to play.
